| 1. Minimum monitoring period is 3 months. |
| 2. No contracts or sign-up fees. |
| 3. Cancellation requires 24 hour written notice. Material shipped at time of cancellation are billable. |
| 4. New customers must complete and submit a credit application form which must be approved prior to commencing Brand Monitoring. Payment must be received within 14 days of billing date of first 3 invoices. Late payments will void Brand Monitoring service. |
| 5. Adz Media Monitoring is not responsible for digital material that cannot play, open or operate on customers computer without the correct software and/or equipment required to view material ordered. |
| 6. We reserve the right to deny or refuse any Brand Monitoring service to any company that we feel may not benefit from competitive media information monitoring. |
